What helps
A few honest lines, more useful than a form.
Tell us roughly where you are thinking — Lisbon, the Algarve, Porto, somewhere else. Tell us what the house would be for: a home, a long-let, a short-let, a base between two other places. Tell us if a rough budget exists, or if that part is open. We read everything; we reply to everything.
If it turns out we are not the right studio for your brief, we will say so and, where we can, point you toward someone better placed. That is a more useful answer than a slow yes.
