We collect only the information you give us, typically a name, an email address and whatever you choose to tell us about the property you are looking for. We use it to reply to you and to manage the work we do together. We do not sell it, trade it, or use it for advertising.

We keep correspondence and client records for as long as it is reasonable for the work, and for the period required afterwards by Portuguese tax and commercial law [TODO: verify with Radek’s lawyer]. Data shared with the notary, the tax authority or the banks during a transaction is handled under their own rules.

Under the GDPR you have the right to ask what we hold on you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict its use, and to lodge a complaint with the CNPD if you believe we are in the wrong. A single email is enough to start any of these processes.
